Returns & Exchange
We always
want to meet our customers’ respect all the time. Sometimes a return or
an exchange is necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase
from us, please take advantage of our return and exchange policy.
1. Request for the returned or exchanged items
a.
The customer has to contact us to get a return authorization (return
address) or exchange authorization within 7 days upon receipt if you
want to return/exchange your purchase.
b. Items received
unused (without the smell of perfume), unwashed, not in damaged or worn
condition (only when the items which are defective or damaged upon
receipt);
c. Items received in original packaging.
Note:
1.
For made-to-order and customized products, we do not offer return &
exchange service, please find a professional tailor to measure you and
keep fit. But we can revise it for you if you can pay for shipping back
fee and Tax fee.
2. Shipping fee is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
3. Unfortunately we cannot accept returned parcels sent freight collect or COD (Collect of Delivery).
4. Package was sent back to us without original packaging, we will charge $30 fee.
5. Reshipping fee need to be paid by customers.

item(s) for a full refund within 7 days upon receipt. However, you need
to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own.
Exchange Guidelines:
Exchange
is available if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 7
days upon receipt. However, you need to pay the return’s shipping fee
and reshipping fee on your own.
How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?
Once
we have received your package, if you ask for return, your refund will
be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at
the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken
place.
Please note that your banking institution may require
additional days to process and post this transaction to your account
once they have received the information from us. If you ask for
exchange, exchange will be sent in 3 days when we get the returned
